About our School

A. Kastner's Family Taekwondo is a life mastery center. The school's main goal is to enhance the lives of its students and its community. We have specially designed programs for 4 & 5 year old children, 6-11 year old children, teens and adults. The school is designed for the new generation of martial artists, students who want to enhance their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual lives. We teach our students how to apply the principles of the martial arts (respect, courage, integrity, discipline, perseverance - to name only a few) to their lives inside and outside of the dojang. We teach our students how to be champions in life.
